6 {x}^{2}  - 7x - 3 \\  = 6 {x}^{2}  - 9x + 2x - 3 \\  = 3x(2x - 3) + 1(2x - 3) \\ (2x - 3)(3x + 1) \\ so \: zeroes \: are \:  \frac{3}{2} and \:  \frac{ - 1}{3}
