In order to find the zeroes of any Polynomial, we first have to make that Polynomial equal to zero.

f(x) = x + 2

\longrightarrow{ \sf{x + 2 = 0}}

\longrightarrow{ \sf{ \red{x = - 2}}}

f(x) = x - 2

\longrightarrow{ \sf{x - 2 = 0}}

\longrightarrow{ \sf{ \red{x = 2}}}

f(x) = 2x + 3

\longrightarrow{ \sf{2x + 3 = 0}}

\longrightarrow{ \sf{2x = - 3}}

\longrightarrow{ \sf{ \red{x = \frac{ - 3}{2} }}}
