SOLUTION

TO DETERMINE

The zeroes of cubic polynomial

 \sf{}P(x) =  {x}^{3}  - 4x

using by graph

EVALUATION

For a polynomial p(x) the zeros of p(x) are those values of x for which p(x) = 0

Graphically it can interpreted as, the zero of a polynomial p(x) are the value of x where it cuts X axis

Number of zeroes are calculated as how many times the polynomial cuts X axis

For the given polynomial

 \sf{}P(x) =  {x}^{3}  - 4x

P(x) cuts X axis thrice at x = - 2, 0 , 2

So P(x) has three zeroes

Hence the zeroes of polynomial

P(x) are - 2, 0 , 2
