p(x)=4x^2+2x-5a

=》p(2)=4(2)^2+2(2)-5a

=4(4)+4-5a

20-5a.(expression)

=》20-5a=0(equation)

20=5a

=>a=4.

p(0)= 5- 4×0+ 2×0×0=5

p(3)= 5 - 4×3+ 2×3×3

=5-12+18=11

p(-2)= 5- 4× -2+ 2× -2 × -2

=5+8+8

=21
