Put x as 1

\begin{gathered}\\ \sf\longmapsto p(1)=1^{3}-1^{2}\end{gathered}

\begin{gathered}\\ \sf\longmapsto 1-1\end{gathered}

\begin{gathered}\\ \sf\longmapsto 0 \end{gathered}

Coordinates are (1,0)

  • As we know, That 1 reamins same No matter what is the power.

Hence, p(1) is a zero of the polynomial

Note:-

  • In this way you can put x as any number and if the answer is 0. You can write P(X) IS ZERO OF THE POLYNOMIAL and if not just add not before the word zero.

Point on the graph in the attachment!

Kindly mark me as brainliest!

Thank you♥️

Have a good evening!
