hi friend,

f(x) =4x²+5√2x-3

=4x²+6√2x-√2x-3

=2√2x(√2x+3)-1(√2x+3)

=(2√2x-1)(√2x+3)

so 1/2√2,-3/√2 are the zeros of the given polynomial

I hope this will help u ;)
