ok so the Equation in the question is

4√3*x^2 + 5*x - 2√3 = 0

simply apply the formula to find roots of quadratic equation

you will get

roots = (-5 + √121)/2 and (-5 - √121)/2

as your roots

121 = 11^2

so the answer becomes

(-5+11)/2 = 3 and (-5-11)/2 = -8
