The angle between two axis ( let say X-Y axis) is always 90° .

infact...the angle between any two axis is 90° .

I basically have two coordinate systems that have the same origin, and can measure the coordinates of a vector (but only one) in respect to both of them. I need to calculate the angle between the y axis of the first coordinate system and the y axis of the second.
