5x(2 - 3x) - 17(2x - 5) = 16 \\ 10x - 15 {x}^{2}  - 34x + 85 = 16 \\ 15 {x}^{2} - 24x + 69 = 0 \\ divide \: by \: 3 \\ 5 {x}^{2}   - 8x + 23 = 0 \\

use formula :-

 \frac{ {b}  \binom{ + }{ - } \sqrt{ {b}^{2}  -  4ac} }{2a}
