X-2= 0

X= 2

P(x)= 3x^3-6x^2+3x-4

P(2)= 3(2)^3-6(2)^2+3(2)-4

P(2)=3(8)-6(4)+6-4

P(2)= 24-24+6-4

P(2)= 2

so reminder is 2
