Answer:

Fine art is something which changes the perspective of a person towards a particular subject or matter or delivers a message through certain subtle representation.

Explanation:

Fine art mainly depends on the efficacy of the artist to deliver his art form. Fine arts is known for its intellectual content, aesthetic presentation, and visual stamina of the artist.

Coming to the point that Fine art liberates our mind is actually a very justified statement. Art is something which is meant to make you feel something. And feeling something is a form of liberation in itself. Fine art like any other art form need not be neccesarily asthetic but the gist of the concept is to deliver the message. At the end it all comes to the perspective and experiences of the observer. They are aspects which determine the subtle meaning of any art to any person. Nevertheless, Art in any form has the ability to liberate our minds.
