we know that √x^2 = x.

therefore.,

y= e^x +4
on differentiating.

dy/dx = e^x.

Differentiating with respect to x on both side

Applying chain rule

dy/dx = e^root x^2+4 * 2x/2root x^2+4

dy/dx= e^root x^2+4 * x/rootx^2+4
