fire needs oxygen to burn but in space there is no oxygen in space so why sun is burning in the space ?

The sun in space is burning due to fusion reactions taking place every millisecond which produces lot of heat energy and very high temperatures. Fusion reaction is a combination reaction of hydrogen atoms to form helium atom with the release of large amount of energy.

Sun is not burning but nuclear fission is going on and 7rays fall like infrared,UV,beta etc due to this waves emitting the temp. Of sun reaches very high
