He decides that she will make a wonderful meal. He attacks her and as he feasts on her flesh,he notices a gold bangle on her wrist and he decides to keep it thinking that it might be useful later.
The tiger is still hungry, so he hides near a pool where he sees a traveller who is dusty and tired. The traveller strips himself of his clothes and bathes in the cool water.
As he is bathing, he sees the tiger watching him and he becomes terrified. The tiger greets the man with a wild smile.He says that he is pious and spends his time in prayer.
As a peace offering, the tiger offered the traveller the gold bangle. He becomes greedy and loses all his fear for the tiger, so he crosses the pool to take the bangle but at that moment the tiger springs on him and kills him like the lady.
Moral of the story: Don't accept gifts from strangers or Do not let greed overcome you.
