First draft and reconstructing final draft in business communication
Answers
Drafting in business communication refers to the creating of a draft version of any document. This document is created primarily and then improved and modified. The logic, structure, grammar, etc all are made better overtime by continuous viewing and reconstruction. Examples include, reports, proposals, business letters, quotations etc.
The first draft in this is the first version of the piece that one writes. This is the most roughest form of work the writer has done till date.
After this a break may be taken followed by another draft, i.e. a second draft. There may be many drafts. 3, 4, 5 even.
Then the last draft which is the latest version and the one with which the writer is satisfied, that is the one which is called the final draft. Because you handover/submit that piece.
