i think it might be Rig-Veda.It was written by Indo-Aryans.some people thinks the writing of Vedas started in 1500BC, buts that wrong as Vedic period began from 1500BC. But Rig-Veda was written in 1200BC in Indus Civilization.And other three Vedas i.e sama-Veda,Yajur-Veda and Atharva-Veda were written in 
Gange(Ganga) Civilization by same peoples.
