Last month, I was alone at home for three days. My parents had gone to the village to complete their works there. Hence, I was the sole person to take care of the house. As soon as they left I began to watch TV. I thought I could enjoy myself as much as I can, at least until my parents return. That day I bought chips as snacks and ordered food from a nearby restaurant.
The problem started the next day. Although I bought breakfast and solved the problem of food in the morning, I couldn't order food as I was out of money and my mom forgot to leave some for me. So I had to prepare food by myself. And I didn't know how to cook. I tried to cook but the food burned. So I contacted my mom to help me and she told me the procedure to prepare a simple dish. Though it wasn't like mom's, I liked it because it was the first dish I ever cooked.
I got a lesson for not practicing cooking. Sometimes I may not be able to contact my mom or I may be in someplace where there is no network connection. So in order to save myself from starving, I should learn to cook
That is what I learned from that experience.
