Based on the fossil evidence, many believe that anatomically modern humans evolved from Homo heidelbergensis (shown below) in Africa around 200,00 years ago.

Genetic studies based on back-extrapolation from the mutation rates of mitochondrial DNA indicate that all 7 billion humans alive today are descendants of a single woman, referred to as Mitochondrial Eve. This simply means that there is an unbroken matrilineal descent from her time to ours (daughter begetting daughter, begetting daughter, and so on).

Similar studies on the Y Chromosome point to all men alive today having a common male ancestor, Y-chromosomal Adam. This, in turn, indicates that there has been an unbroken patrilineal descent from his time to ours (son begetting son, begetting son, and so forth).

Mitochondrial Eve and Y-Chromosomal Adam need not even have been contemporaries, and the implication is inherent that there are people alive today who may have descended from humans even older than either of them but who did not give rise to unbroken matrilineal or patrilineal lineages.

My assumption, of course, is that, by the term "first human", you are referring to the original hypothetical member of the species Homo sapiens sapiens, and are not including other hominins such as the Neanderthals and the Flores Hobbits. Understand, however, that speciation is a process rather than a phenomenon brought about by a single childbirth

The first human is " Adam " . He was created of soil and was filled with soul . From his back rib bone , A woman was made " Eve " .

They were told to not eat the fruit of knowledge of good and bad. But satin forced and indulged them to eat the fruit. They after eating knew, that they were dressless. They couldn't come in front of God.

Then because of the sin they did. They were thrown out of Eden gardens. Adam was given the farm work and Eve was given the responsibility of giving birth to children. Then Cain ,Abel born and thus the generations kept on going and now we are here at 21 st century!
