it's because during summer the land and water bodies get heated up and evaporation takes place during evaporation, lots of chemical mixed water bodies too get evaporated due to heat, which in conclusion gets mixed during the clouds formation, when the clouds has too much of moisture it tends to come down as rain and along the rain comes those chemical mixed water, this is why the first few days of rainy season is called to have acid rain
