Study what is taught for 45 minutes then watch tv.

Study again for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Talk to a friend or do something you like to do like you could watch the sunset and listen to your favorite music. Anything that calms you down.

Eat something and maybe work out.

Then study again for 45 minutes
