Hey it's too simple!

Two beta rays are emitted first!

beta rays are nothing but particles with zero mass and either a positron with a unit positive charge or an electron with unit negative charge

Let's assume radioactive atom to be

(A)X(Z)

Where A - total atomic mass or mass number

And Z - total protons or atomic number

Case 1 :-

After two positrons are emitted :-

New atom :-

(A) X' (Z-2)

Case 2 :-

After two electrons are emitted :-

New atom :-

(A) X' (Z+2)

Now after an alpha decay :-

In case 1 :-

New atom will be :-

(A-4) X'' (Z-4)

In case 2 :-

New atom will be :-

(A-4) X'' (Z)

In case 1:-

Now clearly they are not isotope because number of protons differ

They are not isobar because mass number differ

They are isotone as :-

In first atom i. e. X

Difference of mass number and atomic number = A - Z

In second atom i. e. X''

Difference of mass number and atomic number = (A-4) - (Z-4) = A - Z

In case 2 :-

They are isotopes because they have same atomic number

They are not isobar clearly because they have different mass numbers

They are not isotonic because difference of their mass number and atomic number is not same
