Given,

Potential Difference (V) = 200 V

Power (P) = 100 W

Time (t) = 4 hours

Units Consumed for one bulb = Pt/1000

= (100*4)/1000 kWh

= 0.4 kWh

Units Consumed for five bulbs = (0.4*5) kWh

= 2 kWh

If 1 kWh costs Rs. 4.60, then 2 kWh will cost = Rs. (2*4.60)

= Rs. 9.2

Cost in 1 day = Rs. 9.2

Cost in 1 month or 30 days = Rs. (9.2*30)

= Rs. 276

The Cost in 1 day is Rs. 9.2 and Cost in 1 month is Rs. 276.

I hope this helps.
