thank u so much for this amazing question...
according to the riddle, two statements made by the children must be true and one of those three statements is false.
we can see that JOYCE said two times that she didn't broke.
one is "Matt lied when he said I broke the window" and "I never broke a window in my life"
so her two statements must be true, so it's proved that she didn't did it.
and JOYCE'S second statement "I never saw Vince before today" is false.
if JOYCE didn't did it, then Matt's first statement "Joyce did it." is wrong and Sally's first statement "I saw Joyce break it" is also wrong.. so their remaining ones are true.
so it's proved now that Matt and Joyce also didn't broke the window since their other two Statements must be true.
if Sally told wrong that "Joyce broke it" then Joe's second statement is also wrong as he told "Sally will tell who did it" so his remaining ones are true and he didn't broke it..
Vince broke the window. his first statement is false and other two statements are correct.
hope this helps..!!

Answer:
Vince did it.
Explanation:-
Joyce’s statements 1 and 3 must be true. If she had broken the window, both statements would have been false. But since each child told only one lie, these two statements must be true. Therefore, Joyce’s statement 2 is the one that is false.
The statement of all the other children can then be proven true or false using this information.
Since we know that Joyce’s statement 2 is false, Sally’s statement 1 and Matt’s statement 1 have to be false. Joe’s statement 2 has to be false, since Sally did not tell who did it. Now we are left only with Vince.
