The probability of getting 2 in tens place and 0 in units place is 1/16.

1) If we add 2 in tens place and 0 in units place, then the resulting number would be of form  XYZ20. SO the possible combinations would be 3! i.e. 6

2) The total number of 5 digit numbers that can be formed by using 0,1,2,3,4 without repetition is 4 * 4!.

3) Since we can't add 0 at the first place ( resulting number would be 4 digit), so we have to neglect cases with 0 on first place.

4) hence the probability of getting 2 in tens place and 0 in units place would be 3!/(4*4!) i.e. 1/16
