  All five capacitors are identical capacitors that have a capacitance c of \frac { { \varepsilon }_{ 0 }A }{ d } where d is the distance between the plates. Since the plates are adjacent to each other the charge on plate 1 shall be \frac { { \varepsilon }_{ 0 }A }{ d }.

  Then plate would be connected to the negative source and is also the first plate of second capacitor its value will be -2\frac { { \varepsilon }_{ 0 }A }{ d }. Similarly for plate 3 it will be 2\frac { { \varepsilon }_{ 0 }A }{ d } and plate 4 it will be -2 \frac { { \varepsilon }_{ 0 }A }{ d } and finally for plate 5 it will be \frac { { \varepsilon }_{ 0 }A }{ d }.
