Here is your answer;

The Houyhnhnm are a race of very intelligent horses in the John Swift's satirical novel of 'Gulliver's Travels'. The Houyhnhnm are very intelligent; they had all the human intelligence capabilities. The Houyhnhnm in the book are described as decent, judicious, orderly and rational.

The Houyhnhnm, however, appear to be  a race of emotionless creatures. There whole society is based on reason and nothing else, not religion, politics or nor any other belief but solely on reason.
