food is a very important in our daily life if we will not take food then it will be very hard to do anything in our life it means that food is a very necessary thing or working and it gives energy to you and you know that in today's life Chinese food is a very simple thing people are taking Chinese food with only increase the height of the body and does not give any protein and any vitamin .
