a.USA started production in masses which helped in lowering the cost of production. Henry Ford , the car manufacturer is a living example . He used 'assembly line " method for rapid and cheaper production.
b. The household commodities had a great demand which formed the basis of prosperity in US. Huge investments were made in household goods and housing as well. This created more employment and incomes,
c. In 1923 US , began exporting capital to most of the countries and came to be known as the biggest overseas lender.
d. There was an increase in production of refrigerators, washing machines etc . all these were purchased through "hire purchase' system where credit is repaid either in weekly or monthly instalments.
