five O'clock in the morning today it has been so since the last forty years but except for the two years f which I was very I'll . I wake up at the sound of an alarm clock bought at 1956 . From then , until today it has never let me down . My routine ,however turns Topsy - turvy in holidays when I cannot sleep for ten O'Clock I have always maintained a fairly regular routine over my working years .
