Five people are :- P, Q, R, S and T .

Let positions from Left to Right are :- 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 .

Statement 1) :- T is standing just next to R and the position of R is 3rd to the right of Q.

Conclusion :-

• Q, 2, 3, R, T .
• 1, Q, 3, T, R .

Statement 2) :- S is not the immediate neighbour of Q .

Conclusion :- from first statement conclusion we can conclude that,

• Q, 2, S, R, T => then P will be at 2 => Final standing position will be :- Q, P, S, R, T .
• 1, Q, 3, T, R . => Not possible since S is not the immediate neighbour of Q .
