- During election time the government officers work under EC (Election Commision)
- It can implement code of conduct on the candidates and can punish them if the violets it
- Once the election commision is appointed it is not answerable to anyone, Not even the president
- For the proper functioning EC controls every single thing during elections, from campaigning the voting date
