Answer:

15m^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of one square flower bed=(1)^2 =1m^2

Area of 5 square flower bed =5 m^2

Area of land=(5m)(4m)=20m^2

Area left =(20-5)m^2= 15m^2

Answer :-

Given :-

Area of land = 5 × 4 = 20 m²

Area of each flower bed = 1 × 1 m²

Area of 5 flower bed = 5 × 1 = 5 m²

To find :-

Area of remaining part

Solution :-

Area of remaining part = Area if land - Area of flower bed

= 20 - 5

= 15 m²

Area of remaining part = 15 m²
