Let the angle = x

complement of x = 90-x

supplement of x = 180-x

five times the complement of x is 10 degree more than its supplement

=> 5(90-x) = 10 + (180-x)

=> 450 - 5x = 10 + 180 - x

=> -5x + x = 10 + 180 - 450

=> -4x = -260

=> 4x =260

=> x = 260/4 = 65°

Thus the angle is 65°

Supplement = 180 - 65 = 115°

Let the angle = x

complement of x = 90-x

supplement of x = 180-x

As stated⤵⤵⤵

⭕five times the complement of x is 10 degree more than its supplement

⏩5(90-x) = 10 + (180-x)

⏩450 - 5x = 10 + 180 - x

⏩ -5x + x = 10 + 180 - 450

⏩-4x = -260

⏩4x =260

⏩ x = 260/4 = 65°

•°• the angle is 65°

Supplement = 180 - 65 = 115°
