Here is your answer,

Given -
 \frac{5}{12}
of students like Music.

 \frac{3}{12}
like Drawing

And rest like to play.

To find - Number of students who like to play

Solution - No. of students who like to play = Total no. of students - Students who like Music+Drawing.

No. of students who like Music + Drawing =
 \frac{5}{12}  +   \frac{3}{12}  =  \frac{8}{12}
Now,
 \frac{8}{12}  \times 48 = 8 \times 4 = 36
=> 36 students like either Music or Drawing

=> No of Students who like to play = 48 - 36 = Do, 12 or
 \frac{4}{12}
students like to play.

Hope this helps!!!!
