It is the only common link that connects people together and helps to create a sense of national pride and solidarity that can fight against regional factionalism and the deceptive nature of the various nationalist movements.

As a main element throughout the human resource growth strategy, dissatisfied, disgruntled youth will transform themselves into self-confident personalities and transform their resources towards productive activities
• Sport activities leading to improved social communication and unite people, fraternity and nation building.It is said that  a fit nation is an opportunity, and a poor nation is a weakness.
• In many countries sport is seen as indirectly related to the national development. Indeed many countries do not have a Ministry of Sport and in the absence, the sport portfolio is lumped in with other government departments where sport is merely seen as a voluntary enterprise and luxury most poor  nations cannot  afford. It is obvious that the role of sport in the national development efforts  has not been well articulated and understood.  So they should try to seek help from the government and encourage the youth of the society.
• The advantages of sport in relation to human and economic development can not be left exclusively to non-governmental organizations and volunteers, but each nation should assure the availability and equality of the allocation of resources, specifically among the poor communities.

It is observed that sports,is important  through both the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the International Sports Federations, will succeed where the United nation has declined to achieve world peace.In order to accomplish significant benefits, there must be clear strategies to promote and develop sport on a massive scale. However, this hasn't been the situation, as the development of sport is neglected in the expenditure resources of several nations.
