As we know that,

So, total unit of work will be $=(5\times 12) = 60\:units$

As the same 60 units of work is needed to be completed by 15 men.

So, for finding the number of day required we will divide the total work by number of workers.

So, total number of day taken will be $=\frac{60}{15} = 4\:days$

Hence, 15 workers complete the same work in 4 days which is completed by 5 workers in 12 days.
