age of Ganesh x-5 yrs

age of gowri 3x-5 yrs

after 10 yr

age of Ganesh x-5+10 yr

age of gowri 3 (3x-5+10 ) yr

ATQ.

3(3x-5+10)=x-5+10

9x-15+30=x-5+10

9x-x=15+10-5-30

8x=25-35

8x=-10

x=10/8

x=5/4

Ganesh =5/4 yr

gowri=15/12 yr
