let lucky's present age be x and lovely's present age be y.
then ATQ
x-3 = 3(y-3)
implies x-3y = -6 ----1
also x+10 =2(y+10)
implies x-2y= 10 ----2
solving equations 1 and 2, we get x=42 and y=16
then ATQ

implies x-3y = -6 ----1
