Let roomi 's age be x and that of sahil be y
According to question,
x-5=3(y-5)
x-5=3y-15
x=3y-10_ (1)
Now,
x+10=2(y+10)
x+10=2y+20
x=2y+10_ (2)
Substituting (1) in (2),
3y-10=2y+10
y=20 years
Now x=2(20)+10=50years

So present age of
Sahil - 20 years
Roomi - 50years

Hope it helps you dear........

MSALMANALI: thanks
Hasti152002: my pleasure

☺☺ HERE IS YOUR ANSWER ☺☺

=====≠===================================

Age of Roomi = x
Age of Sahil = Y

x-5 = 3(y-5)
x-5 = 3y- 15
x- 5+15-3y = 0
x+10-3y = 0
x = 3y - 10. ........(1)

x+10 = 2(Y+10)
x + 10 = 2y+20
x+10-20-2y = 0
x-10-2y = 0
3y - 10 -10 -2y = 0. .......(from eq.1)
Y -20 = 0
Y = 20

put Y value in eq. (1)

x = 3(20) - 10
= 60 - 10
= 50

present age of Roomi is 50 years, and present age of Sahil is 20 years.
