➫ Let daughter's & mother's present ages be x and y respectively.
➧ 5 years ago mother's age was 7 times her daughter's age:-
So,mother's will be
➾ y - 5 = 7(x - 5)
➧ 5 years from now the mother's age will be:-
➾ y + 5 = 3(x + 5)
➤ By solving both the equations we get:-
➾ x = 10
y = 40
▶So the present ages of mother & her daughter are 40 & 10 years respectively.

i know i know see
let the age of sunita be x
and her mother be y
five years ago sunitas mother was 7time her age
so,
7(x-5)=y-5
7x-35=y-5
7x-y=30(equation 1)
after 5 years she will be 3 times as old ans
sunita so
3(x+5)=y+5
3x+15=y+5
3x-y=–10(equation 2)
from eq^n (1) and (2)
hey buddy plzz mark as brainliest and see photo after completing this
mother age 40
and daughter 10
