A father’s age is three times the age of his two sons. After 5 years, his age will be twice the sum of the ages of his sons. What is the age of the father?

First anylaze the given data,

Let the sum of two son's be “y” years.

Then father's age will be 3y,

After 5 years,

(y+5)=(3y+5),

But it is given that,

2 (y+5)=(3y+5),

2y +10=3y+5,

3y-2y=10+5,

y=15.

Hence,the father age is 15.

Then his son's age will be 2½ & 2½.

It was a strange answer father's age is 15 having son 2½ & 2½.Keep giving strange question.

THANK YOU.
