The suspension are said to be flocculated ,when the individual particles are in contact with each other and form a network like structure . ... 5 IN FLOCCULATED SUSPENSION;-Sediment is loosely packed and does not form a hard cake . In Non-flocculated suspensions Sediment is very closely packed and a hard cake is formed.
