Fleming thumb rule states that if the current is flowing then the magnetic field is formed around it. the thumb shows the direction of current in upwards and the curved fingers show the magnetic field around the current. the direction of magnetic field is always anti clockwise.

✔️According to this rule, stretch the thumb, forefinger and middle finger of your right hand such that they are perpendicular to each other.

✔️If the forefinger points in the direction of magnetic field and the thumb will point in the direction of motion of the conductor, then the middle finger will show the direction of induced current.
