According to this Fleming Left hand sketch forefinger,thumb and middle finger such that they are manually perpendicular to each other therefore forefinger is show in the direction of magnetic field , thumb is direction in force acting to the conductor then the middle finger is direction in current

Fleming's left hand rule :
The forefinger, the middle finger and the thumb of the left hand are stretched in mutually perpendicular directions. If the forefinger points in the direction of the magnetic field, the middle finger in the direction of current, then the thumb points in the direction of the force on the conductor.
Fleming's right hand rule :
The forefinger, the middle finger and the thumb of the right hand are held in three mutually perpendicular directions. If the forefinger points along the direction of the magnetic field and the thumb along the direction of motion of the magnetic field and the thumb along the direction of motion of the conductor, then the middle finger points in the direction of induced current.
