hold your forefinger , centre finger and thumb perpendicular to each other . Forefinger represents magnetic field , centre finger represent current and thumb represent direction of force

If we stretch 3 fingers of our left hand ,thumb,fore finger and middle finger mutually perpendicular to each other such that forefinger shows the direction of the magnetic field, middle finger shows the direction of the current then the thumb shows the direction of the force acting on the conductor.
