Fleming's right hand rule is for motor or generator? why?

Flemings right hand rule is for generator.

When a current carrying conductor is placed in right hand, thumb will show the direction of force, forefinger will show direction of magnetic field, middle finger will show the direction of flow of current.

While Fleming's right-hand rule is used for electric generators. ... In an electric motor, the electric current and magnetic field exist (which are the causes), and they lead to the force that creates the motion (which is the effect), and so theleft hand rule is used.
