the rule states that
if one roller curls his/ her fingers with the thumb pointing upwards( perpendicular to the imaginary X axis) then the thumb will indicate the direction of force and the curved fingers will indicate the direction of magneticlines of force..

Strech your thumb forefinger and middle finger of your right hand such that they are mutually perpendicular.
If the forefinger points in the direction of the magnetic field and the the thumb shows the direction of motion of conductor 10 the middle finger will show the direction of induced current this simple rule is called as Fleming's right hand rule
