Floods can have devastating consequences and can have effect on the economy, environment and people.
During Floods and rescue operation, people may face the following difficulties:
1. Loss of  property .
2.There are at a high risk of Health diseases.
3. They are deprived of basic needs that is food, shelter and water.
4. Communication with neighbouing areas is not possible .
5.Lot of inconvenience, to people as they are asked to evacuate the area for their safety.
6. Electricity supply will be disturbed where flood has occurred.
7.Rescue team finds difficulty in removing the flooded water.
9.People don't support the rescue team ,as they will be busy in gathering the valuable things like documents, paper.
10 people should act quickly , "save yourself, not your belongings"
11.They need to deal with hazards encountered in moving water.
