Florinzel is a character in “The Winter's Tale” by William Shakespeare.

Florinzel is the son of Polixenes, the King of Bohemia who was falsely blamed of having an affair with Hermione, the queen of Sicilia. Florinzel fell in love with Perdita who was the daughter of Leontes and Hermione. He planned to elope with Perdita as his father never wanted him to marry the daughter of a shepherd. He defied his father by eloping with her.
