The flow chart is at the end of this answer but let us understand firstly and clearly that what is REFLEX ACTION.

REFLEX ACTION: The sudden action which the body does to respond to a stimulus that may be fatal for us is known as REFLEX action.

So for reflex action to take place the nerve impulses travel from one part of the body to the other which flows like this.
